I need help. Who can I contact?

We will always try to help you wherever we can. Please fill in this CONTACT FORM to contact us. If you need help about the shop please put SHOP SUPPORT in the subject. For anything else, please put GENERAL in the subject. We aim to respond within 24 Hours.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order, and the destination. Please wait until checkout to see the shipping cost. We use the UK’s Royal Mail to send out our orders.

What’s the difference between “International Standard” and “International Economy” shipping options?

As the UK has now left the European Union, please expect to see customs forms on all orders being sent outside of the UK. As postage costs through our shipping provider (the Royal Mail) have increased due to Brexit, we have taken the decision to split all European/US/International orders into two different shipping categories:

International Economy - “Delivery from 2 - 12 Weeks”

International Standard - “Reliable Delivery to Europe in 3-5 business days and the rest of the World in 6-7 business days".”

Please take the time to carefully consider which options best suits you. The two options have very different prices, just down to speed of delivery!

When will my order be posted?

We post out your order as soon as it is completed.

We don’t always have every Vinyl Colour in stock, so may have to order it in from our suppliers. If this is the case, you will be notified. It may take up to 4 Months for us to receive the fabric in some circumstances, however we will keep you updated at every stage.

You will be sent an email when your order is shipped out.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our small business, once orders are placed they are final and non-refundable.

Something is wrong with my order… what should I do?

We take care in making sure we accurately fulfil all our orders. However, if something is wrong (wrong item, defective item etc.) please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you notify us within this window, we will look into the issue and replace the item(s) if necessary. If you notify us outside of this window, we are unfortunately unable to help.

Once I get my dispatch email, how long does it take to get to me?

We use the UK’s Royal Mail to send our orders,

UK Orders : 1-2 Days

Europe (not UK) : 3-5 Days

Rest of the World : 7-10Days
