Our Shipping Policy

General

Quick Change Designs offers worldwide shipping.

All orders placed via our website are processed within 1-2 Weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. This excludes some instances where some vinyl fabrics are made-to-order (please see further details below).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including the tracking number and any relevant information if applicable to your shipping service.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Quick Change Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are instead are the responsibility of the customer. If a customer neglects to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to their shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, please inform Quick Change Designs immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Shipping Costs & Estimates

Items such as trims and the mesh fabrics automatically have their shipping costs applied at checkout. Due to their small nature, we are accurately able to predict the shipping fees that will be incurred.

For larger items such as the PVC & Vinyl fabrics, it is more difficult to accurately predict the shipping fees that will be incurred so therefore we charge each customer on a case-by-case basis. This enables us to prevent the under or over charging of shipping fees. Upon placing an order including these items, customers agree to be contacted at a later date regarding the shipping costs. Once your order is packaged up, it is weighed and measured. The most appropriate shipping services (normally couriers) will be offered to the customer via a link to a custom page on our website. A variety of shipping speeds will also be offered. Customers are then required to pay for their chosen shipping service before their order is dispatched. Failure to pay for the additional shipping, will result in the failure to dispatch a customer’s order. We hold all packages with unpaid shipping fees for a maximum of 4 Weeks (once the shipping email is sent to the customer). After this time, we are unable to ship out the order.

If a customer’s order contains both the smaller items and larger items, the shipping automatically applied at checkout usually is not enough to cover the acutal shipping costs. If this is the case, the customer will be contacted in the same manner as stated above. The shipping costs displayed in this circumstance will take into consideration the shipping costs already paid for by the customer.

Shipping Services

Orders that are able to fit into ‘Small Parcel’ boxes or appropriate packaging that is smaller, will be sent via Royal Mail. For UK-based customers, the delivery usually takes been 3-5 business days. For International customers, the delivery can take anywhere between 1-4 Weeks. Tracking is not automatically available on these services. Please contact us to upgrade your shipping service if you would like the option to track your order (an additional shipping fee will be incurred).

Large orders, or orders that contain fabric that is rolled, will be sent via couriers such as FedEx, UPS, ParcelForce or DPD. These are fully tracked services with the tracking number being supplied via email upon dispatch.

Order Status

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If applicable to your shipping service, a tracking number will be included which can be used to check the location of the package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Made-To-Order Fabrics

Due the small nature of our business, we do not carry stock of every fabric option at all times. Some of the variants in our Holographic Vinyl range are ordered in from our supplier when a customer orders. If this is the case with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible. To recieve the fabric for our suppliers, it may take up to 4 Months (however, it is usually considerably faster than this). We will be in contact with regular updates throughout the process of ordering your fabric(s) in. Customers will be notified that the fabric has arrived upon receiving the shipping costs email as explained above.
